WELCOME!

We are excited to have you join our family as we host the 20th annual Greater Hartford Festival of Jazz in Bushnell Park July 15th through July 17th, 2011.

What's new for 2011:

In an effort to make our vendors more visible to the festival audience, we have included a section in our Festival Program Guide. This section will be divided into two categories. Arts and Craft vendors will be listed with the items or crafts that they are selling. Food Vendors will be listed with brief, sample menus. Please mail a sample menu or a listing of your wares with your application. We reserve the right to edit or limit the amount of information you provide. In order to be included in the Festival Program guide, you must have your application returned and paid in full by June 14th, 2011.

This year, the GHFJ will be holding multiple room blocks at various hotels in and around Hartford for festival patrons and personnel. These rooms are offered to you at a discount but only until June 14th, 2011. Many vendors were forced to travel long distances and pay high rates last year to find lodging for the weekend. If you would like assistance in securing affordable and convenient accommodations, please complete the enclosed form and return it with your application by June 14th, 2011.
