In collaboration with the Hartford Marathon Foundation, their X-treme Scramble event will feature a Jazz Festival kickoff! Start your jazz lovin’, finger snapping early at the Scramble. Provided will be cool jazz music at the post race party on the riverfront along with good eats and cold brews.
